Paint & Paws is a small business based in Dalton, GA. We create pet portraits that capture your pet's personality and unique characteristics. We also create durable pet ID tags made to withstand your day to day life and adventures.

Positions
Ambassador
Overview
This position is for long term supporters and friends who want to be involved behind the scenes in the group chat without the pressure of content creation. Here are the perks and requirements:
- No content requirement
- Stay as long as you'd like
- 20% off code for personal use
- 20% discount code for followers
- Ability to earn shop credit from code usage or completing monthly challenges if you wish
- Be involved behind the scenes in the team group chat
Monthly Challenges (optional)
- Post at least once a month featuring P&P in either a photo or reel
- Upload 3 high quality images or videos to a drop folder
Completing these challenges will reward you with $10 shop credit, on top of your commissions from code uses.
Model
Overview
This is a seasonal position and participants are rotated each term. The biggest difference between this position (model) and the ambassador position is content creation. Here are the perks and requirements as a model:
- 3 month commitment
- 30% off personal discount code
- 20% discount code for followers
- Welcome gift
- Must post at least once a month as a feed post or reel featuring P&P
- Upload 3 high quality photos or videos to a drop folder each month
- Ability to earn shop credit from code usage and completing monthly challenges
- Be involved in the group chat
Welcome Gifts
Every model that is new to the P&P team will receive free items to get you started on content creation (just pay shipping):
- ID tag of choice, plus
- full-body digital portrait for each pet + 5 stickers; OR
- hand-painted keychain

Rep
Overview
Reps are added by invite only directly from the model team usually after a couple terms modeling with us and showing outstanding code usage, content creation, group chat involvement, and long term support. This position has the same perks and requirements as a model, but you hold a permanent spot on the team.

With our recent rebranding, we are now focusing more on functional art that captures the spirit of your pets that you can take on all your adventures! Whether you're hiking in the mountains or strolling through town, we'd love to see you and your pets with your accessories on the go!
The images above are great examples of what we are looking for! Here's what we're looking for in photos:
- Photos taken outside or in natural lighting
- Your pet doesn't always have to be included in the content (see bottom right photo above)
- Unedited or minimally-edited photos are preferred
- Make sure your pet's ID tag or your pet portrait artwork items are clearly visible

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up?
We search for new models and ambassadors every three months (spring, summer, fall, winter). Team searches are posted on our Instagram page (@paintandpawsart) and are generally left open for about a week. Make sure you're following us so you don't miss it!
How much do you pay in commission?
With every successful code use, you'll earn 10% of the sale. If your IG handle is mentioned at checkout during a sitewide sale, you're also eligible to earn commission from that sale.
How often do you pay out commissions?
Commissions are paid out on the 1st of every month for the previous month. For example, January's commissions would be paid out on February 1st.
Commissions are paid in the form of shop credit. This shop credit CAN be rolled over to the next month if it isn't used. It also never expires.
Where do I upload my photos or videos?
You can upload your P&P related photos and videos to our shared Google drive, here: https://driveuploader.com/upload/F0NKy2CEqc/
Can I join the team if I reside outside of the US?
While US residency is preferred (mostly because of shipping time), our team is open to international accounts as well. Please keep in mind shipping costs/times and fees that may arise.
How do I redeem my shop credit?
If you are logged into your Shopify account, you should see a little bubble/box in the lower right corner (right above the Rewards bubble) that says "SHOP CREDIT".
Clicking the bubble will open up a little window that displays how much shop credit you currently have; as well as allow you to apply all or some of your balance to your cart.
Shop credit is applied as a gift card. Please note that Shopify does not allow you to stack discount codes and gift cards in the same order.
